Isn't it the best feeling in the world to see them coming up out of the ground? You have blooms already? Wow! I just have leaves but I'll take 'em.
I don't have any bulbs blooming yet! I'm almost beside myself that spring has not sprung at my house.

I would give anything to see a daffodil...or snowdrops even...
We had sunshine yesterday and today but no blooms yet. Can't wait though. It's supposed to be rainy tomorrow. :(
Hi Tracy, yes, I love flowers of just about any kind. I love spring and I'm all excited about decorating the house for it.

I just told you that I also had gone out and picked a few flowers...I'm not sure if they are daffodils...but they are yellow. :) and just beautiful on my kitchen sink.
Rained all day today..but we need it so badly!

Well, we finally had some sun again yesterday and it is forecast for today...yesterday was fence building and just a touch of yard work.
I spotted one single bloom yesterday, maybe soon.

We're seeing signs of spring here in CA too...it's so exciting after a rainy, boring winter!
I think all this cold weather and snow has been wonderful for the daffs! Mine usually bloom about 2 weeks, but they have lasted a whole month, through the worst of the weather and are just now beginning to show signs of wear!
I think it's around the corner!

It has been warm and mild here too (South Texas).
I have never grown daffodils.

Winter again! Snow today! How can that be this late in March in Texas! At least it won't last long this time & back to spring tomorrow, thank goodness. Your daffodils are LOVELY!

Hey girl...you are poking at me about my dining room?! Well let me tell you, I painted it then came to a screeching halt. I put my big round mirror back up and would really prefer to change it to a rectange. I have to convince myself to spend the money when it's really not necessary. I am having the two end chairs from the dining table slip covered but that doesn't happen for a couple of weeks. It's coming slowly but surely. That's how I roll. :)
